Assemblies Of God
Journey Church is a self-governing church. However, our pastors are held locally accountable by a world-wide, reputable network of churches called the Assemblies of God. By issuing the credentials for our pastors, the moral, ethical, and theological standards of the pastoral staff are ensured for the partners and friends of Journey Church. The Assemblies of God is a loosely affiliated network, which allows churches and ministers to pursue their individual expressions and purposes. Willow Creek Association
The Willow Creek Association is a network of more than 12,000 churches from 90 denominations and 35 countries. Membership in the WCA reflects a very eclectic group of churches. Large and small … old and new … from multiple countries, cultures and denominations engaging in a wide variety of ministry forms and methods. What's common is their passion for God and their pioneering spirit. This pioneering spirit is reflected in church leaders willing to take appropriate risks for Christ's sake.
